About Blue Borage
Lived-experience leadership for healing, prevention, and systems change.
Blue Borage is an Australian survivor-founded organisation dedicated to trauma-informed leadership, empowerment, and community change.
Our Approach
At Blue Borage, lived experience is not an afterthought, it is part of our foundation.
We are guided by the belief that survivors hold essential knowledge and leadership, and that those most affected by trauma are uniquely positioned to shape the solutions that heal, prevent harm, and build resilient futures.
Through values-based communication, empowerment practices, and the integration of proven frameworks including TED*®, 3 Vital Questions®, Heart Intelligence, and trauma-informed principles, we help create safer, more connected communities.

Why Blue Borage?
Historically, the blue borage flower symbolised courage, used to inspire bravery in times of adversity. Its delicate, star-shaped blooms thrive in the harshest conditions, reminding us that resilience can grow even in the most challenging environments.
Blue Borage reflects our mission: to inspire individuals, families, and organisations to find their strength, heal from within, and co-create new legacies of trust, safety, and empowerment.
