Our coaching services come with a commitment to delivering real value to our clients.

Here’s how it works:

• If you believe the coaching process is not delivering as desired, we encourage you to communicate this directly with your coach.
• We will adjust the coaching plan to ensure that the value of your investment is maximised.
• The updated coaching plan will address the client’s needs, ensuring that the remaining sessions align with the desired outcomes of the contract.

Please note that this policy applies exclusively to coaching contracts.

TED*® and 3VQ® licensed programs are non-refundable, and all sales are final. By purchasing a program or enrolling in a coaching contract, you agree to these terms.
