Now Available in Australia!
TED*® is evolutionary, structured, accessible, and inclusive for all learners. Susan Dunlop has delivered TED*® and 3VQ programs, lunch-and-learns, and workshops adapted to various audiences, including:
- The Department of Regional NSW (Strategy and Reform leadership team)
- SME business owners and private coaching clients
- An English-speaking special school in Hong Kong (leadership team followed by a whole staff virtual experience across multiple classrooms)
As a childhood trauma survivor, Susan has personally embraced TED*® to break reactive patterns that once impacted her confidence as a founder and leader of a large, successful company. Through daily practice, she consciously applies The Empowerment Dynamic® to her life, understanding that the shift from a reactive ‘victim mindset’ to an empowered state takes consistent effort. A passionate advocate of TED*®, she appreciates how its frameworks and tools have transformed her communication and relationships—including her relationship with herself. Her personal journey with TED*® gives her the empathy and insight to guide others through their own transformation.
What Participants Are Saying
TED*® shows you why the drama appears and takes you to the next level of understanding how you and others think, relate, and act. We have a leadership program, but TED*® shows you why and what to do differently!
This sustainable learning program is personal development that can be integrated into organisational cultures. In 2025, we hope to be in a position to offer 3 Vital Questions® trainer certification with Australia time-zone-friendly hours, making it more accessible for organisations to train internal leaders and build empowered communication from within.
